It all starts with a vision...myNewHomepackage.com^TM is in its infancy, a brand new website with a little innovative difference.  The aim of myNewHomepackage.com^TM is to create a “One Stop Resource Centre” to assist Homebuyers, New Home Consultants and Land Estate Managers to gain access to the information they need in a timely manner.  There are many websites offering a smorgasbord of information for New Homebuyers which is great for the early research stage, in contrast, myNewHomepackage.com^TM in its simplistic format is designed to enable the educated New Homebuyer to get the information they need systematically to assist with their final buying decisions.
 

Participating Builders will be able to promote one or all of their New Home Designs allowing Land Owners to view these Designs as Home Packages.  As a registered site member, Land Owners will be able to download any of the My New Home Package^TM interactive templates. The interactive template is designed to provide more detailed information for the genuine Homebuyer enabling them to download the important information in a systematic manner via our intelligent link system.  In doing so, New Homebuyers will be better informed prior to requesting a “Walk Through” or making an appointment with their Consultant to fine tune their selection criteria.

Some New Homebuyers prefer to search for their “Ideal Home” prior to their land and some New Homebuyers prefer to locate their land first and then select a home to suit.  At myNewHomepackage.com^TM  the Search Centre allows for both methods simply by searching for “Home Packages” & “Land Estates.” In addition, Complete Home Packages will be located in the Search Centre under “Home and Land Packages” it's really that simple!!

By using the myNewHomepackage.com^TM website as a “Resource Centre”, New Home Consultants will be able to assist New Homebuyers at the point of enquiry or when they visit their Display Home location.  New Home Consultants can download their own Home Packages or Home and Land Package Templates for distribution.  New Home Consultants will also be able to access the Land Estate listings and use the Land Estate Interactive Templates to get the initial information they need to complete individual packages for their clients.

Participating Developers/Agents will be able to promote their Land Estates as a listing or via the Land Estate Interactive Template.^TM   The Land Estate Interactive Templates allow registered users to view the Estate Overview Plan and download the “Now Selling” Stage Plan and Estate Guidelines.  New Homebuyers and New Home Consultants will be able to request land prices from the Land Estate Manager as well as other important documentation they need to complete their Home Packages.

We aim to provide a “Distraction Free” website to allow users to get straight to the information they require when it comes to Home Packages, Home and Land Packages, Land and Land Estates.
